Therapy groups

Some work is easier in a room with people carrying the same thing.

Our groups run in cycles rather than continuously, so what is listed here is what is open now. Each one has a specific focus and a specific fit, and the pages below say plainly who a group is for and who it is not for. If nothing here matches what you are looking for, our intake team can point you toward individual work instead.

How our groups work

A group here is structured work with a licensed clinician, not an open-ended support circle. There is a method being taught and practiced, a set number of sessions, and a clear focus. Groups are kept small so there is room for everyone to talk.

Before a cycle starts, our intake team will ask some questions to make sure the group is a good starting place for you. That conversation is short, and it goes both ways: it is also your chance to ask whether the format fits what you are dealing with.

Groups are self-pay unless a listing says otherwise, and the cost is on each group's page.

Questions about any of these

Our intake team can tell you whether a group is the right starting place, and what the alternatives are if it is not. There is no obligation attached to asking.
