Our Downtown Frederick office sits at 124 North Court Street, a few blocks from Carroll Creek Linear Park and directly across from the Frederick County Courthouse. The building is in the heart of Frederick's walkable historic district, surrounded by locally owned restaurants and shops. Many clients appreciate the quiet residential feel of this stretch of Court Street, which is set back from the busier commercial blocks.

This was the first Trauma Specialists of Maryland office, and it remains the anchor of the practice. The team here works with teens and adults across a range of trauma-related concerns, including anxiety, complex trauma, interpersonal violence, grief, and life transitions. Modalities available at this office include EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, ego state therapy, art therapy, and attachment-based approaches.

The office is accessible from Route 15, Route 40, and I-70. If you're coming from the south or east side of Frederick, the Urbana and Ballenger Creek locations may be more convenient.
