About Heather
Heather works with clients ages 12 through older adulthood and has found particular joy in supporting families of younger children. She especially enjoys working with neurodivergent clients and people dealing with anxiety, trauma, or grief.
Her approach is collaborative and brain-based, attentive to the connection between physical and mental health, integrating attachment-based therapy, IFS, somatic work, and creative interventions like art and movement. Heather grew up between Maryland and West Virginia and brings the perspective of working within the justice system.
