About Elisabeth
Elisabeth Rzepkowski, who goes by Liz, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned her Master's from the University of Detroit Mercy. She works with preteens, teens, and adults, and teens and young adults are her favorite. Her experience spans inpatient hospitalization, school-based settings, and outpatient care. She is EMDR certified and draws on DBT, IFS and parts work, and sand tray approaches. She is also trained in Alpha-Stim treatment. Liz is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
Liz has lived in six different states and is, by her own description, a Disney adult. She lives with her young son and her dog Winnie, and she recharges with hiking, travel, movies, reading, and workouts. Coffee helps, and so do chocolate-covered graham crackers.
