About Marlee
Marlee Bardenett is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University. She works with children, teens, and young adults on anxiety, depression, dissociation, and trauma, including attachment trauma and adoption. She is also well versed in ADHD and autism spectrum needs. She is EMDR certified and integrates ego state approaches and Sandtray Therapy from a client-centered, relational lens. She builds a felt sense of safety first, so clients feel safe enough to work through their trauma. Marlee is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
Before Trauma Specialists, Marlee supported teens in mental health crises in a partial hospitalization setting. She is married, a mom, and a big animal lover who enjoys time with her dog, along with reading, board games, cooking, and the outdoors. Her favorite dinosaur is the Parasaurolophus, and her pick-me-up is coffee or pickles.
